Your Training Plan

You will build your custom training plan with your line manager to cover both short term business needs and long term career aspirations. The plan draws on existing modules of our training system which includes:

• Technical Briefings
• In-House Training Modules
• Open University Courses
• Self Study courses
• Professional Skills – Presentation, Assertiveness, Negotiation
